Reinforced Steel Construction (100+ Year Lifespan)

A polymer matrix coated galvanised hull is enclosed, weather protected and reinforced with a secondary layer 12-channel beam exoskeleton supporting the tertiary layer: a PVD sandblasted scratch resistant and marine grade stainless steel skin.  The living unit is hurricane CAT 5, flood, tsunami, and 9.5 earthquake proof, fire-resistant, watertight with ultra-long-life performance - far beyond timber, standard metal framing systems or GRP pods.  The Stasis capsule features pneumatic leg support for extreme seismic events.

Rectractable Solar Power Array and turbine

Weather protected, farady cage system protects the system from environmental degradation to provide longer-life (40+ year) high-efficiency solar power all year round.  The wind turbine provides additional power for an all-round climate ready system.

Energy System optimised for zero-grid

60 KW total Lifo Lithium battery bank that can operate when outside temperatures are as low as -20 degrees celcius, 20 KW of which is the secondary system with a 2KW tertiary back-up + hybrid exercise bike generator for full autonomy in demanding environments, creating the most robust power management system of any micro living unit.​

Next gen water provision

Three gravity fed Aquarius polycarbonate visual header tanks provide 1000L of water with the Illuminated internal water display - a signature ExoStasis feature.  A further 750L ExoStasis bottled drinking water storage in 365 2L containers, fully integrated with the AI powered status control, with a futher 100L 5 Stage osmosis filtration system linked to the cyclical water harvesting provision.​

Multi-zoned Insulation system eliminating cold bridging with ventilated voids at wall, ceiling and floor level, elevated legs 60cm off ground level,  advanced filtration and ventilation system actively regulated via EVA environmental sensors.

Watertight

The Stasis capsule is watertight and buoyant and can survice flash floods with the capsule anchor system enabling full buoyancy.
